YNA is a digital platform that enables:
users (“Users”) to discover events; and
event creators (“Organizers”) to publish and promote events.
The Company does not organize, host, manage, or control events listed on the platform.

2. User Roles
2.1 Users (Attendees)
Users may browse, search, and view event information.
2.2 Organizers
Organizers may create, publish, and manage event listings.
Organizers are solely responsible for:
accuracy of event information
compliance with applicable laws
execution and quality of events

3. No Ticketing / Payments
At the current stage, the Service:
does not process payments
does not sell tickets
does not act as a booking agent
Any transactions or attendance arrangements are made outside the platform, directly between Users and Organizers.

4. Platform Disclaimer
The Company acts solely as an intermediary platform.
We do not:
verify the accuracy of event listings
guarantee event availability
guarantee event quality or safety
Users attend events at their own discretion and risk.

5. Organizer Responsibilities
By publishing an event, the Organizer represents and warrants that:
all information is accurate and not misleading
they have the legal right to host and promote the event
the event complies with UAE laws and regulations
the event does not infringe third-party rights
The Company reserves the right to remove any content at its discretion.

6. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
misuse the platform
submit false or misleading information
engage in unlawful or harmful behavior

7. Content and Intellectual Property
All platform design, branding, and software belong to the Company.
Users and Organizers retain rights to their own content but grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it within the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:
The Company shall not be liable for:
any event cancellation, delay, or change
any loss, damage, injury, or dissatisfaction related to events
any actions of Organizers or third parties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

Organizers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from:
